As part of the Boy Scouts of America’s Exploring program, we connect motivated young people with the fast-paced world of aviation. Our goal is simple: ignite curiosity, build confidence, and open doors to incredible opportunities in aviation and aerospace.
Aviation plays a critical role in global travel, commerce, emergency response, and technological advancement. It’s an industry that never stands still — and neither do we.
Through immersive, real-world experiences, our members gain firsthand exposure to aviation careers. From touring aircraft and meeting pilots to learning how airports operate behind the scenes, every activity is designed to inspire and educate.

Aviation Explorers is for driven, curious, and adventurous young people who want more than just classroom learning. It’s for those who want to do, see, and experience.
We welcome boys and girls ages 14–20 — no prior aviation experience required. Just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm.
